Are you inspired to be the Office Administrator for Ti-Ratana Lumbini Garden Puchong?
We have one position opened and would like to invite you or someone you know, who can help to run our center and assist Bhante on day-to-day operation matters.
The candidate ought to have:
1. High Integrity, self-starter with minimum supervision and high energy/commitment towards center's activities, and
2. Able to make initiatives without being told to do so. Also
3. Computer literate
Some of the responsibilities would include:
1. To oversee day-to-day operation matters in the center, eg supervise cleaners, liaise with contractors for repairs etc.
2. To document and/or create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for process improvement.
3. To read and reply enquiriy email on matters related to center.
4. To liaise with EXCO / various committee groups in center to ensure smooth implementation of center's activities.
5. To plan, promote and organize annual Wesak Day & Khatina Day
6. To plan, promote and organize weekly Dhamma talks.
7. To plan, promote and organize activities for Sunday Dhamma School
8. To design posters, leaflets, and notices regarding Ti-Ratana Lumbini Garden activities
9. To update center's activities on center's Facebook and blog
10. To plan and organise daily breakfast and lunch dana for resident monk.
11. To receive donations in cash or kinds and issuing receipts to respective donors.
12. To prepare budgetary and financial reports to Treasurer
Successful applicant would receive a salary+other benefits as this is full time job.
