Synopsis

This is the conclusion of a 3-part series that helps us understand how our brain has evolved over millions of years, and what it is about our brain that makes us more intelligent than other species, and yet naturally highly emotional and self-centered, with the aim of tapping into the great potentials and unlimited capacity of our brain to help us shape our lives and experience greater happiness and peace of mind

In Part 3 entitled “Emotional Intelligence From The Buddhist Perspective” we will discuss how we can apply our intellect to overcome our natural instincts, and how we can become more resourceful with human nature and our relationships with people.
