For your info, the Resident Monks in Ti-Ratana Lumbini Garden have been observing Vassa Retreat in the Centre since the full Moon Day of 15th July 2011. Duration of the Vassa period is 3 months, which falls on the period from 16th July to 11th October 2011. Throughout the Vassa Period, chanting of selected Suttas is held every evening at 8.30pm - 9.30pm.
To conclude the Vassa Retreat, 28 Buddha prayers will be conducted. All devotees are invited to this ceremony and obtain the special blessings water prepared throughout the 100 days chanting session.
