NEW YOGA CLASS FOR BEGINNERS

We are pleased to inform that Ti-Ratana Lumbini Garden is having a new Yoga class for beginners every Wednesday evening commencing as follows:

As advised by our instructor Mr Tan, please take note :

1. Avoid heavy meals 3 hours before yoga.  You may have a light meal (eg a glass of milk )
2. Have a full or half bath before yoga.
3. Bring along a towel and a yoga mat.
