Let us learn the art of living NOW – how to enhance our Awareness and how Awareness can be the foundation to managing our physical health, modifying unhealthy behaviors, managing our emotions and thoughts. This talk will share with you on how to enhance your level of Awareness, how to apply 2 effective methods of lowering and controlling stress levels and it can be performed anywhere, without the need for any form of equipment.

Sis Low Mi Yen has worked with individual and organization issues for more than 17 years. Although a Clinical Psychologist by training, Miyen has led the EAP for Motorola Malaysia and later Motorola Asia Pacific for 6 years. While in this leadership position, she was responsible for the EAP services that spanned over 10 Countries. In addition, she has vast experience in community work due to her on-going volunteer work in various non-profit and religious based organizations in Malaysia. For the past 8 years, she is in private practice. Her company Turning Point, was set up with the purpose of bringing together a network of the experienced local experts in the areas of Employee Assistance (EAP) and mental health. Their clients include multinationals, private, local companies and non-profit organizations which are spread throughout east and west Malaysia. She is the Vice Preseident of Buddhist Mental Health Association, Advisor to BGF Counseling Unit and YBAM Pelita Guidance and Counseling Unit.
