Meditation For Inner Peace

We are pleased to inform that Ti-Ratana Lumbini Garden holds a Meditation Class on every Saturday 8.30pm - 9.30pm. This class is conducted by our Resident Monk, Bhante Visuddhi.

Please observe the following Guidelines:

1. Attire – decent white top and loose trousers
2. No heavy meals 1-2 hours before class begins
3. Attend class regularly

All are most welcome.

There is no class this Saturday 30th June 2012 due to our Charity Fundraising Dinner.
