Bro Leong is a retired senior bank manager. He graduated from University of Malaya in Economics/Accounting and is a member of Malaysia Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He is a Life member of Buddhist Missionary Society Malaysia, Subang Jaya Buddhist Society and Buddhist Gem Fellowship. He was also an examiner of Introduction to Buddhism Course by BMSM.
